SOLAR SEASON AUTUMN...from Autumn Equinox March20,through to June 20. During the Season of Autumn,the 'Solar' Influence extends a special type of energy to the 1st,2nd,3rd chakras.Particularly heightening the yin/magnetic qualities.During this time the energy focus is primarily on the 1st chakra and the qualities relating to Direction.Followed by the 2nd chakra and the qualities of Desire.Finally in the closing weeks the 3rd chakra and the qualities of Courage. The influence energetically is primarily magnetic/inward and rising from the basal energy upwards through the sacral to the solar plexus.This means its a time where it's important to reflect on life. Just as the leaves are glowing with the red/orange/gold of Autumn change,so are our chakras glowing with the same colours of this season.During Autumn these leaves fall away and expose the structure and shape of the tree.Its now possible to see further and more as the branches are exposed.Nature of course is the perfect metaphor for our lives.Its time to gaze into these spaces and from the feeling of silence that comes reflect on the experiences,and reality of ones life.Particularly the shape and the structure of the way life is lived.As the leaves are falling,so must we strip away what is not relevant or useful.Its time to ask questions.....Are we saving and preserving what is valuable?...Look through the new space that letting go creates...What does it look like,is this the Direction you want to go in?...Is the view comforting,fulfilling,beautiful?....What does life look like ,feel like?...Do you really Desire where its going?...What is it taking you towards?...How enjoyable is it?..Its time to have the Courage to put a stake in the ground and say,this is me,how I live,and I.m on the way to where I want to be. Autumn energy impels us to look into our lives and consider the reflection,and hopefully see dreams and goals being fulfilled. Just as fruit trees are offering up the Autumn harvest of Plums,Figs,Apples,Grapes,Fejoas.We are harvesting in life too.It is now that we also accept,store,and save.Time to open the gates to receive. In the latter stages of Autumn,as the stillness of Winter approaches,its now that we do the final prune back,make changes,adjusting the shape of life,where its necessary.Time to get life into order,in order to achieve the growth and the rewards in the future.Its now that we are working in with Mother Nature.Pruning,shaping,doing what is needed to prepare for the flush of growth and the new life that comes when Spring arrives. A thought for those who love the moon as much as I do the qualities of Spring are released with every new moon and the Autumn harvest qualities follow the full moon.Its quite comforting to live with feeling of the slower Solar journey taking a full year to complete its cycle ,and to know we can speed up the journey or bring balance to it linking the 28 day lunar cycle in with it. The Solar journey has now taken a significant shift.With the onset of Autumn,the focus of Energy has shifted across from the yang currents to the yin receptive Energy currents. This will be the focus for the next six months. Naturally the waxing and waning tides of the moon will keep the Energy moving and changing. DIRECTION is the beginning of the inward journey.It begins with the Base Chakra and moves towards the Third Eye Chakra,Subtely shifting the focus incrementally during this time. It’s a time to ensure that life has a sense of purpose.to ensure all that is drawn in on the receptive current,particularly in a Base Chakra sense is just what is wanted.Its time to re-evaluate.Ensure the success goals are really true….Is life supporting this? COURAGE….As we approach the shortest day,COURAGE is the champion that keeps the balance within.Keeps the Energy flows steady as the Solar journey takes us towards the physical planes darkest day….COURAGE is the heroic champion that will deliver us to the foot of the metaphyical Temple steps……Ready to ascend to the Temple of Spirit during the three months of Winter. Evaluating the last nine months is an important aspect of this time of COURAGE…The last nine months,began with the birth of Spring vision and focus…then the action of the worldly Summer radiance….The last three months of Autumn have been focused on acknowledging how life is…. The question is ..Through our vision,and actions,have we set up a life pattern that magnetises to us the fulfillment of what we need in our worldly storehouse,and our spiritual requirements in order to ascend into a world of immense beauty and possibility? And so it is we take hold of ourselves,now,and have the COURAGE to truly present ourselves in the Temple of light.
